No. There is no fee to join the HealthPass Clinical Partner Network. We earn revenue through member subscriptions — not by charging providers. Your only "cost" is the discounted per-visit rate you provide to HealthPass members, which is negotiated upfront before you sign anything.
Rates are negotiated individually based on your discipline, market, and service mix. We work collaboratively to arrive at a number that makes sense for your practice economics while remaining competitive within your local market. Rates are locked in at signing and revisited annually. Our discovery call is the right place to have a transparent conversation about numbers.
HealthPass pays partners on a weekly or biweekly basis depending on visit volume. Payments are made via direct deposit to your practice bank account. Because members are pre-paid at the membership level, there are no claims to process and no delays due to adjudication — funds are released as soon as visits are confirmed in the Partner Dashboard.
No. You control which appointment slots are available to HealthPass members. You can set specific times, limit capacity, and adjust availability at any time through the Partner Dashboard. You also retain the right to decline any individual patient for legitimate clinical reasons, just as you would any other patient.
HealthPass is a direct-pay membership — visits covered by a member's plan are billed directly through HealthPass, not through insurance. If a member has insurance and requests additional services outside their membership benefits, standard billing practices apply for those services. Our partner agreement includes clear guidance on this distinction.
We are actively building provider networks in markets across the country, with priority in the Pacific Northwest, Southwest, Southeast, and major metros in the Midwest and Texas. That said, we are accepting partner applications from all 50 states — especially from providers who want to be first in their market and benefit from early partner pricing and visibility.
Initial partner agreements are structured as a 12-month term with a 90-day notice provision. We believe the relationship should be mutually beneficial — if HealthPass isn't working for your practice, we want to know about it and address it. The goal is long-term partnership, not contractual lock-in.
